Spine and joint care is one of the most commonly heard requests from people in today’s day and age. Why so? The most obvious reason is our obsession with different gadgets which intern affects our spine and joints adversely. People who spend more time in a sitting position are more prone to spine related issues. We must take and effort to keep our joints active.You will often notice stiffness of the joints or pain transmitting down the shoulders and arms or fingers with tingling. 

Ayurveda is fortunately  very effective in treating these types of ailments. Specific treatments like Marma manipulations (Traditional techniques in spine corrections), Abhyanga (Herbal Oil Ayurvedic massage), Bundle bag massage (Churna Kizhi, Elakizhi, Njavarakizhi), Pizhichil (oil bath) etc. helps in alleviating the pain.
