Dr. Robin Jacob Madukkakuzhy

Chief Physician, Director & Head of the Department of Yoga

Dr Robin Jacob is a 8th Generation Ayurveda family member and has been the Chief Physician of Madukkakuzhy Ayurveda Kerala, India, since 1995 and heads the 4 Ayurveda centres in Kerala and also leads the Madukkakuzhy Ayurveda’s operations @ Middle East.

Dr Robin has completed his Bachelor of Ayurveda Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) from Vaidyaratnam Ayurveda College in Thrissur, under the University of Calicut, Kerala.

His passion for Yoga is unending and this led him to undergo training in the traditional Hatha Yoga form from Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Ashram at Neyyar, Trivandrum. Dr Robin continued his research in Medical Yoga by obtaining a Post Graduate degree in Yoga Therapy and Research Studies from Annamalai University, Tamil Nadu. Dr Robin has also studied the Iyengar form of Yoga under Elvira Schurig in Leipzig, Germany, who was a direct disciple of BKS Iyengar. This vast knowledge of the different forms of Yoga has resulted in their inclusion in his practice, classes and healing.

Dr. Jobin J Madukkakuzhy

Ayurveda Physician & Medical Director, Madukkakuzhy Ayurveda India, Germany

Dr. Jobin is an 8th generation Ayuveda family member. He is presently the Medial Director of Madukkakuzhy Ayurveda in Kerala, India, which currently has 3 centres, as well as the founder and Medical Director of Madukkakuzhy Ayurveda Germany, that operates in 2 centers.
He completed his University studies from SDM Ayurveda College, Udupi and Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore. He further continued his studies under many Ayurveda scholars, Marma specialists, Chiropractors in and outside India and gained experience from Leela Kempinski, Bangalore and Goa.
Dr. Jobin has conducted International seminars and awareness programs on Ayurveda since 2006 in Europe (Germany, France, Italy, Switzerland, Romania, Reunion Islands) Singapore, Middle East and the United States. He has also worked as a visiting Ayurveda Faculty at ESB Physio School in Bad Neustadt, Germany. Presented a paper on graceful ageing with Ayurveda April 2022 at NGO committee on Ageing under United Nations. Dr. Jobin actively promotes authentic Ayurveda in Europe with DAGM (German Medical Association for Ayurveda Medicine.)

Subin Jacob Madukkakuzhy

Director – Administration & Business Development
A result oriented business professional having more than 20 years of distinctive proficiency in various Marketing & Engineering provinces. He is a key analyst and a dynamic maven who is highly adept at various Marketing, International Sales, Corporate Relationships, Operations & Financial Management. Having done his Masters  in Business Administration in the year 1999 he has associated with several reputed Multinational Companies over the years. Subin’s immense capacity and powerful skill set has been well evidenced in his  role as the Director – Administration & Business Development of Madukkakuzhy Ayurveda which is nearing centennial in Authentic Ayurveda treatments, therapies and dissemination in India, Europe & Middle East. In addition, he is also the Managing Director of Comglobal Projects India Pvt Ltd, a Speciality Construction Group which is one of the topmost Tensile Membrane / Architectural Facade / Self Supported Roofing Company in India.

Ebba Karina Sander

MBA Business Partner- International Manager
Ebba-Karina Sander -MBA- is a health economist and long-standing expert in health care, former lecturer at the University of Applied Science in Würzburg-Schweinfurt in Bavaria / Germany and guest professor at the Marian International Institute of Management in Kerala, India. In 2006 she came to India for the first time as a guest at the Ayurveda center of the Madukkakuzhy family. After 8 years of successful collaboration, in which she recommended hundreds of guests from Germany, she founded in 2014 together with Dr. Jobin J. Madukkakuzhy the first of the meanwhile two prospering Madukkakuzhy Ayurveda centers in Bad Bocklet and Bad Kissingen in Germany.

The Hospitality Team

Mrs. Molly Joy, w/o Late Dr. Joy Mathew, heads the hospitality team at Madukakuzhy Ayurveda along with her daughter-in-laws, Mrs. Anju Robin, Mrs. Sindhu Subin and Mrs. Meethu Jobin. Mrs. Molly Joy is an ardent believer of the Ayurvedic Lifestlye and Values which had been passed onto her by Dr. Joy Mathew. She has paved the way to keep Dr. Joy Mathew’s vision alive through the Hospitality services at Madukakuzhy Ayurveda, which is nearing its centennial. She is known to have a kind demeanour, a warm smile and a compassionate heart towards all the guests at Madukkakuzhy Ayurveda, making sure everyone feels at home. Mrs. Molly Joy has written an Ayurvedic cook book where her recipes are inspired by the ancient, authentic and traditional Indian diet. The recipes from the cook book are followed in all the centres. The women of Madukkakuzhy Ayurveda uphold the Indian values, spread care and affection and provide dedicated attention to each of their guests, which is what Madukkakuzhy Ayurveda strives for every guest to experience.
